The worst rolls in the whole area. Blanks in the branches that don't open properly, are small, have no taste and make you feel like you're chewing on cardboard. Especially in Siek! Much better years ago. Too bad braaker mill

The ladies behind the counter are a bit stiff. Perhaps it is typical of northern Germans. The rolls were crisp and fresh. 4.9 out of 5

I have been a customer in the Braacker Mühle Grossensee branch almost daily for years ... EVERYDAY I become polite, friendly and cheerful from ALL women and sometimes men really "be-DIENT" EXEMPLARY !!! Here and now a big compliment and THANKS !!! Keep it up !!!!

We learned today that there will be no round pieces from next week. Too bad because the round pieces are very tasty and crisp even in the evening and not like a sponge.

Superchargers are constantly parked. Please make sure that does not happen anymore. Batches sitting in the sun and feasting at the bakery. It would be nice if there were lactose-free milk at the local bakery. In this day and age should be the standard. Otherwise very good here. One of my favorite superchargers.

Worst mill and worst customer service !! I was at the open house on 10.06.2019 the day of the open door (Mill Festival) in the children's baking. My two children and my parents were there. Despite the max. Number of 10 children was left another foreign boy at table. The, then without asking, took 5 rolls. Instead of asking questions or talking to each other, they let him do it. My children were very sad and never want to go back there. You could not answer my e-mail, but delete it without any problems. The dumbest baker in the whole of NORD GERMANY !!!

Coming from the Ruhr area, we found the Braaker mill. It's really great how close to the autobahn you can have breakfast here in peace. Plenty of choice and quality. After we found out (here maybe a sign / notice for us commuters) that we should queue up for the "cafe", we were served nice and advisory. Our wishes were completely met. Great. I also liked the "back drive". But we didn't need that, we sat outside really well. Greetings from Essen :-)

the braak supercharger in germany has not enough signs and markings to prevent other people from parking, there are three chargers with the right sign, the others have a wrong P sign, chargers are no parking spaces! never. please fix it
